Vehicle stops at barrier and
offers card to reader. The inside
traffic light changes to red at
this time		 The barrier opens and the
traffic light changes to green
providing there is no exiting
vehicle		 The vehicle drives in and
passes the inside island
An exiting vehicle stops at the
white line if the traffic light is red.
The traffic light is red when a
vehicle is coming in or an exiting
vehicle is waiting to exit.  
Crossing the line crosses the
loop and changes the light to red		 The vehicle drives to the
island and offers a card		 The vehicle drives out when
the traffic light changes to green
    
The barrier lifts to allow the
vehicle to exit
